Reggae/Dancehall legend Buju Blanton released a banging single on Nov 14th titled “Trust”. The song talks about him not trusting phones especially, which is quite fitting as that is what got Buju behind bars in days gone. The song talks about the importance of not talking any and everything on the chipped device and also not trusting individuals too deeply with information that could come Back to bite if leaked.
Yup, be careful of the text messages, the pictures you send, the people you trust and and show loyalty to. In the blink of an eye your friend can turn out to be your enemy, that girl on the side may leak the scandalous photos, that voice message could be used against you in the court of law.
In this track Buju’s flow is cool and deadly, he kinda of reminds me of Baby Cham. Many on first listen wonder if it’s really Buju. I personally dig it.

Yes man, nothing like cruising while listening to some Buju, ( especially in Jamaica)
That is true, very distinct voice. it was kinda hard to catch in this tune but that is good, he is switching it up.
