A song I created 5 years ago called Yard Vision ( My future vision for Jamaica) | Thoughts on visualization

in #reggae4 years ago

I am a strong believer in the law of attraction and 5 years ago I think it really dawned on me the importance of setting a vision for Jamaica in my mind and the mind of others. Though I didn't release this song officially, I created a YouTube video with visuals so other like minded individuals would find it and visualize.

The thing about visualization

I truly believe the more people hold a vision on a certain thing, the greater the chances are for it to manifest ( if the work is put into the vision). But this can be for good or for bad. At the moment many are visualizing world War 3 and an world economic depression. Why not visualize a peaceful world stepping into unlimited abundance and walking in that role?
Even here on steem I believe the strong vision that we all share and work towards in our various ways is surely bearing fruit.

The Song

In this song my vision for Jamaica is very clear. The most sort after vacation spot, party capital of the world with an economy that is growing steadily. From the looks of it this vision is slowly taking place right before our eyes.

Total visitor arrivals for the year 2018 reached another record of 4,318,600, which was 1.0% above the 4,276,189 arrivals recorded in 2017. This figurerepresents 42,422 more arrivals than in 2017.
Jamaica Tourist board

“If I could hold a megaphone and tell investors now’s the time, I’d do it,” says economist Uma Ramakrishnan, the IMF’s Jamaica mission chief. Some investors have already received the message. China’s Jiuquan Iron & Steel plans to spend about $6 billion to expand output at an aluminum refinery and develop an industrial park
BlooomBerg

I recorded this song on a micro BR from Boss. A very handy device that allows you to record multiple tracks like a mini studio. Back then this is how I got most of my ideas down. The quality is far from professional but it gives a good idea how the song would sound. The Riddim, created by my younger bro @mrfloridakeyz is called LOA. ( Law of Attraction) and that is the vibes he as well as I got from it. So I created a law of Attraction song about my vision for Jamaica.

If you couldn't understand the song, hopefully the visuals gave you a clue. Consider this a patois lesson:)

Hello @dmilliz
You got me thinking, seriously. You're so right about what you're saying. Law of attraction, visualizing something so much that it comes to you, is a good way to live, to attract the good.
Perhaps a certain level of isolation that some countries experience in relation to the bad, works to focus on the good itself and make it grow. Although it is becoming more and more difficult to isolate yourself from the world's reality with so much technology. However, you have to work on the basis of what you want.
There are countries that despite the global complications are moving forward, and it is not only because of government, which is certainly important, but because of their people.

That's a good point. Thank you for sharing it. Like the video, it sounds pretty good.

For real it is difficult to isolate oneself from what is going on. But the more we realize the illusion and vibration of this reality, we realize that everything is created by thought first. It is difficult to imagine another alternative when you are in the depths of an environment that is the opposite. It isn't easy at all, it takes a lot of working on the imagination muscle. The feeling of a different reality is also part of the visualization.

Thanks man. Time to visualize and actualize more tuns:)

Excellent message, friend, it is extraordinary how visualization can provoke the action of something, when a person manages to visualize a goal or an objective he already has 50% of the traced way, to visualize a better world, and a better situation for our countries is something that we must have present every citizen. Congratulations for that good letter, I could not see the video, may be a weak signal from the Internet, I'll see later.

It is very true and sometimes we take it fro granted. Other times too much focus and visualizing. The balance is the key. I agree, by visualizing we are halfway there as we will know what needs to be done to get the results.
No problem, when you get a chance. Blessings.

Ring d'alarm!! Nice bro!!! I didn't know u made music.. Good stuff! The vibe is worldwide as u know.. I'm over here headed to rehearse for a Tamil reggae project set to play throughout India.. I'm tryna to get them onboard to cover Miss Jamaica n switch it to Miss Malaysia.. be the only English tune

Hey bro, long time no see. Yeah man I dabble in the music, should be more focused with it ( I take on too much lol). Nice, I hope you post some of the performances. Tamil Reggae, so the Malaysians are touring India? Do they speak the same languages? ( I know India has a couple dozen)

Posted via ReggaeSteem | Reggae Culture Rewarded

Indeed I hope it all goes as planned.. Yes the band is mostly all Tamilian Malaysians so the focus will be Tamil Nadu but most Indians have a grasp of the major Indian languages. Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil.. It's basically a novelty act...

I get the taking on too much thing.. Better than taking on too lil

Well it is awesome you get to witness it as a performer. Definitely looking forward to those on tour posts from yah.

OK I get it now.

LOL that is true, I'd rather take on the lot hahaha.
