What an intro, motivational Reggae at its finest. I can't help but pull up this tune to catch the lyrics. Really loving the vibes of the video. The big up at the beginning from the drunkard Ras caught my attention for sure, had me wondering what kinda song this would turn out to be. I was not disappointed.

loving the motivation in this song. These two really make a good collab. This is actually their second collab The two Rising Star kings ( They were both top placers of a popular Jamaican talent show called Rising Star ) have come up with a feel good reggae tune that is sure to brighten many days.

Let your light glow is motivating us to live for ourselves and not for people and this is the only way to live your life as far as I am concerned. You really can't please anyone but yourself.

The lyrics & melody

I love that the lyrics in this song are simple and easy to catch. Singers have a knack for that, rappers and Dee Jays usually make up for melody with metaphors and similes. Not necessary here. Simple songs go a long way, the world can understand this tune and I believe they will be performing this song across the world. Their melodies are what we expect from these top Reggaes singers, clean and on-point, no autotunes here.

The Riddim

Though a little simple, the singers bring out the essence of the track. With voices like this, there is no need for phrases that grab your attention as the singers really do grab the ears with their melodies interlaced with simple positive lyrics. The riddim does what it does in the background with the singers being prominent.
