우리에 몸은 앞쪽에는 식도, 뒤쪽에는 기도로 나눠져 있어요
식도는 음식이 가는 통로, 기도는 공기가 가는 통로의 역할을 해줘요
음식을 먹을 때는 기도쪽에 있는 후두덥개가 닫혀있다가 숨을 쉴때는 열려 호흡을 할 수 있게 해주죠
그러나 음식물이 식도로 가지 않고 기도로 들어가게 되었을 경우 기도폐쇄라는 응급상황이 발생하게 됩니다.

“환자분, 괜찮으세요?”라고 환자의 상태를 파악합니다.
이때 부분 기도 폐쇄 환자는 목을 양손으로 움켜지는 자세를 취하며 말이나 소리를 낼 수 있는 상태입니다 완전히 막히지 않았다는 의미이죠
기침으로 이물질이 나올 수 있기 때문에 환자의 등을 두드려주며 기침을 유도해주세요.
Ask the patient, " Are you okay? "
A patient with partial airway obstruction is in a position to hold his neck with both hands and to make a horse or a sound.
Pat the patient's back so Let the food come out of your mouth.

완전기도폐쇄

환자는 목을 양손으로 움켜진 채 말이나 소리를
아예 낼 수 없는 응급상태 이므로, 이때에는 119에 신고 및 하임리히법을 실행해주세요.
If the patient is unable to speak by grabbing his neck, report to 911 and do Heimlich

환자의 등 뒤에서 주먹 쥔 손을 배꼽과 명치 중간 정도에 위치시킵니다.
Place the hand grip on the back of the patient in the middle of the abdomen and in the middle of the abdomen.
배꼽과 명치 중간 위치에 주먹 쥔 손의 엄지 손가락이 배에 닿도록 놓습니다.
다른 한 손으로 주먹을 감싼 뒤 한쪽 다리는 환자의 다리 사이로, 다른 한 쪽 다리는 뒤로 뻗어 균형을 잡습니다.

팔에 강하게 힘을 주면서 배를 안쪽으로 누르면서 상측방향으로 5회 정도 당겨줍니다.
이물질이 제거되거나 119 도착 하기 전까지 복부 밀어내기를 반복해주세요.
