That Tuesday feeling
Hello from an extremely windy Cape Town! I've forgotten how extreme the South Easter can blow at this time of the year. 🙄
I've had a me, myself and I kind of day. Had a lie in. A nice morning with my one friend and then kicked off my day with a visit to my favorite bookstore peoples at books.books.books to visit with my friend. What a spoil to be able to just sit and chat for the whole morning and to enjoy a lekker Woolworths coffee to boot.
I followed up with a long leisurely stroll through Table Bay Mall checking out what's in the stores and even trying on some jeans at ACKERMANS I've been freezing my backside off since arriving and am in need of warmer clothes. On top of that I really really enjoy hearing Afrikaans and English spoken in store as in the past year we've grown used to hearing French and Creole wherever we go. 😁
Of course the perfect day to end off the day is the fact that I'm staying at yet another friend's house tonight. They've gone away for a few days and I've got the keys for whenever I need a place to stay.
I thought it a good idea to have a quiet night in with some sushi, wine and chocolate and some serious series binge watching. 😂 Tomorrow I'm off to the West Coast to see the family until Sunday so I'm making the most of my quiet night in. The only thing that could have made this night better was having hubby here.
The wine photo I sent to my friend from in silent support, as her teens are driving her up the wall currently... What could I do but to support her, albeit from afa?. .. 😂

Oh man.... I'm driving a tiny rental... 😂 I feel your pain.. I'm in Cape Town most of next week. We should arrange a get together even if it's just some rooibos and ouma rusks... 😁@chekohler @jaynie
