Let's do healthy!
Everytime hubby's gone i manage to do the health thing.
But when he's here I succumb to all the unhealthy stuff. It kills me every time.
I do intermittent fasting and OMAD so I am trying each day to meet my fasting goal and not eat in between.
Today I felt like my body was craving a health juice.
This is what I concocted.
2 big carrots 🥕
1 pear 🍐
Half a cucumber 🥒
1 grapefruit 🍊
2 oranges
250 ml cold water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Pulverized it with my handblender!
Chill and enjoy! ❤️

Looks rich and gives me the urge to try it... I had a blended banana and milk yesterday. I like it alot

Hi @joetunex my family loves banana and milk, add a bit of honey or maple syrup. Chia seeds gives you fiber and takes away the hunger. It's a lovely drink.
