For days when you're at your wit's end, and you feel yourself losing it. Or days when you can't focus and get things done. Or days when everything seems to be going wrong and you have no idea how to make things right.
Went to a happiness similar last night. No matter what our situation is, we always have control of our thoughts. We can either focus on the positives (even if there are few) or drowned in the negatives. Happiness is also contagious, causing your environment to become happier when you are.... sometimes a nap is what is needed to get to that happy place.

I totally agree. Sometimes I see napping like clicking the reset button, without losing important data.
