Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi
Hi Steemians
This is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi. The best time should be around sunset time. We were a bit late so by the time we reached the Mosque it was already dark
The carparking where we got off from the taxi
We had to use this entrance and went through underground tunnel into the Mosque
The tunnel was very long, and there were elevators to help but still takes a while. So by the time we exited the tunnel it was already dark
But still the Mosque looks very nice with the bright light
The place is very popular with visitors as well as people coming to pray
Entry was free but you need write your name and where you come from
Inside the Mosque
Nicely decorated inside
I think this is the praying room
There is a free shuttle that can take you to the tunnel entrance
Looks incredible during the night
