Japan & Crypto Currencies!
Hi all, just joined so new here. I live in Japan and have been researching crypto currencies about 4 years now. Since I have been too close to the action I kind of felt everyone was into Bitcoin etc, but I have recently done a mine survey and was shocked.
Most people I asked about crypto currencies had no idea about them (I asked non IT people).
When I first bought some Bitcoin I needed to go to some obscure cafe in Roppongi Tokyo to purchase them from a specialty ATM which seemed to be eternally broken. The next step was to buy some from some guy (bit spy like here) and that worked. Now we have heaps of alternatives in which you just give a credit card and no worries. Recently Japan has okeyed crypto currencies, especially Bitcoin as a real money!
Well that's the end of my waffle for now.
