Calvin Abueva back on practice
Basketball player Calvin Abueva has been allowed to join his team's practice, the Phoenix Pulse.
This was the decision of the PBA after a three-month indefinite suspension.
According to the report, Abueva, PBA commissioner Willie Marcial and several officials of his team and the league met.
In Marcial's statement, he granted Abueva's request to return to Phoenix practice.
According to Abueva, he has grown fat and needs to be shaken out of the game for the former body to return.
There is currently no set date for the player to return to the PBA as he is still required to go through the due process and have conditions to remove his suspension.
Abueva has been suspended after insulting TNT's Terrence Jones.
Abueva had also faced controversy after his wife accused him on physical abuse.
