Solar Eclipse Silhouette Portrait
Thought I'd have a little fun after shooting the eclipse progression photographing one of my co-workers while trying to capture the eclipse. It was a little challenging, getting the exposure and focus right. I wasn't sure if I wanted him or the eclipse in focus! I think it turned out well enough.
When the next one rolls around in a hundred years, I'll be more prepared with some fill lighting.

It is a cool shot. I like the thought of having another subject in the frame. Most images have just the eclipse.

Thanks, Darryl. I wish I had thought about it sooner and was able to fill his face. It was a last minute thing though.
