Soldadinho do Araripe
O soldadinho do Araripe é uma ave muito curiosa, tão curiosa que resolvi fazer uma postagem só pra falar sobre ela.
A primeira curiosidade é que essa ave só habita um único lugar no mundo, mais precisamente 3 municípios vizinhos do Sertão do Araripe, no extremo sul do Ceará: Barbalha, Crato e Missão Velha.
A segunda curiosidade são as diferenças de cores entre o macho e a fêmea. O macho é branco com asas e calda preta, e "cabeleira" vermelha, enquanto a fêmea é toda esverdeada!
Mas nem tudo são flores. Essa maravilha da natureza é uma espécie em extinção. Das 190 aves classificadas como criticamente em perigo de desaparecer no mundo, 22 estão no Brasil, e o soldadinho é uma delas.
Mas pelo menos aqui no blockchain essa maravilha da natureza permanecerá registrada para a posteridade.

Também acho isso super interessante. Na natureza os machos é que são enfeitados para atrair a fêmea. Mas só entre nós humanos é que essa lógica parece se inverter: as mulheres é que se enfeitam.

Isso me fez lembrar quando eu tinha mais ou menos entre 10 a 12 anos que recebi um album chamado amazônia. Era para colecionar figurinhas de chicletes. As figurinhas eram sobre animais da Amazônia. Em baixo das figuras, no album, aparecia a descrição de cada um. Se não estou enganado, eram 100 figuras. Existia o album chamado Pantanal, Amazônia e Fundo do Mar. Tive os 3 albuns.
