Hunter's comment
The Cyberith Virtualizer is another attempt at making the VR gaming experience feel more immersive.
In this instance the product in question focuses on locomotion or the act of moving through space. Cyberith Virtualizer tries to make the player ralistically feel like he's walking, jumping and crouching.as his in-game avatar.
It consist of:
- a base plate,
- pillars and
- a ring construction.
The pillars allow vertical movement which is important for crouching and jumping.
The ring allows for 360 degrees rotation.
An example of crouching in a first person shooter game:
An example of sitting down in a car and driving away playing GTA 5

I think this solves a lot of issues since, as far as I know, one issue of the VR games is motility because you might hit a lot of stuff while being caught up in a game. I'm just curious to see where is this whole ecosystem going to be in 5-10 years.
Keep on hunting.
thanks
