Are We All Soldiers?
We are all soldiers in some form of battle.
Now, I am not referring to that battle between nations, two individuals or a group of persons. I am talking about individual battles or challenges.
Consider this quote:
While pondering over that statement and watching my baby nephew learn to crawl, I was amazed at the fact that even at a very young age (less than 10 months old), my young nephew is already fighting to learn how to walk. And the thought occurred to me that, it does not matter the level or stage one may be at, he will be faced with challenges that are peculiar to him. A child that is unable to walk has the challenge of learning to crawl, to stand and then take few steps before walking. It may seem to be not too serious to you but to the child, it is a hurdle to cross and a personal battle even though he decides not to speakup.
Challenges do not have respect for persons.
Just like every other child, a Prince must also face the challenge of learning to crawl before walking, he must also face the challenge of going to school, writting and studying to pass his exam. Presidents also go through challenges.
Challenges extends to everyone..Lol...No one is left out.
Knowing this, our approach towards challenges should be welcoming. Do not complain about challenges. I have never seen a child complain that he is struggling to crawl. That would be funny. So, embrace challenges like children because they are signs that you are progressing. Infact you should be worried if you do not face challenges, how can you prove you worth then?
Always remember, when you hold the championship belt, you become the target of contenders. The presence of contenders is a sign that you are ontop.
But one thing is certain. It does not matter how long it takes, if you put yourself to order and refuse to give up, you must surely overcome that challenge.
So go through that challenge and dont give up because you are close to victory. You are a Soldier and an Overcomer!
