It all started when May discovered one of her father’s cells, in which an ordinary spider was sitting. When Reilly brought her hand to the spider, he bit her. As a result, the main character decided not to get into her father’s cells anymore. A few years later, when his father died, May used the spare parts of her father’s garage to create a suit with four mechanical spider legs that allowed Reilly to crawl along the walls. During the operation, Daemos tried to bribe spiders, but he did not succeed. After some time, Daemos dies. Then, Miguel (616) and May hired the Punisher 2099 (928) to protect the spiders from Daemos. After some time, the heroes move to Earth 13.

After some time, Corazon, Hobbie, Spiderman (50810) and May moved to Earth 803.

A few years later, the action continued in the Spider-Gwen: The Ghost spider series, when Spider-Gwen moved to Earth 803. When Gwen came to Reilly, Spider-Lady discovers that the New Master Weaver (0), Spiderman Noir (90214) and Spider-UK have died in Spider Geddon. Right after that, the main character hugged Stacy and organized the funeral of Billy Braddock. A few days later, all the spiders mourned Billy. After some time, all the spiders except May moved to other Earths.
