Desayunas brownie? jajaja de ahi sale lo dulce de tus escrituras, si tal cual las calorias que proporcionan los dulces te daran energia para todo el dia pero si comes mas de lo requerido te restaran mucho pero desde que se esto trato de comer hasta 50 gramos de azucar en la mañana hehehe. Saludos
