August 16 | 5% to SL- Charity

Hello Steemers,

After busy days I’m back to steemit. The last few days are mixed up with happiness, sadness, stress, and all. Week starts on the 16th of august and it is a special day for me because it’s my birthday. It's Monday and I have to go to work and had some celebration and it is lite due to this Covid fear. So after very next day, we came to know that some people from our company got positive.
@pusidu and other friends who stayed with me in India had sent me a cake to home through Kapruka. It was really nice and cool. I celebrated my birthday in Sri Lanka after 4 years so that’s why this birthday is special for me.

So on the 18th, I went to work and I was really disappointed and stressed because one of my close contacts got positive and that day itself I was subjected to quarantine. I met him last Friday and So now I am in quarantine at home and till now I don’t have any symptoms.

Hope everything will be fine after this week. The situation in the country is getting worse by day some of our close relatives also lost their life due to Covid. This time it is more powerful and the death rate is also very high so stay home and stay safe.
