Asking for help if I don't understand something
Learning from people smarter than me
I finally fixed my sleeping pattern
I get my work done way before the deadline instead of stressing and doing it last minute
I try to exercise
I'm aware of the things I eat
I treat myself more
I spend more time with my family
I cut all toxic people out of my life
I deleted all my social media accounts (this one changed me dramatically)
I started focusing on my mental stability and health
I'm accepting challenges and risks to improve my confidence and communication skills
I've accepted that failures are a good thing.
How did I do it? Instead of complaining about how crap my life is, I took action. At the end of the day, I'm the one in control of my life. Nobody can fix my problems so I might as well try to.
