Powerful Nourishing Oils For All
Hello all you wonderful people!
Today I would like to discuss beauty oil tips for all, as we deserve it!
One of my many qualifications is beauty holistic therapy.
Natures magical oils (thats what I call them)
These are natural oils that you can use on your body and hair.
Firstly lets discuss wheatgerm oil.
The benefits of wheatgerm oil, which is extracted from the kernel of wheat grains. Wheat germ oil is a rich source of vitamin B6 and folic acid of the Vitamin B complex, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus and many other essential nutrients, and is a healthy addition to your diet but Ive not tried consuming it.
It repairs your skin and protects it. It also reduces the signs of ageing. Its also reduces bad cholesterol if digested, which keeps your heart healthy. Maybe even try a spoon a day, as you would take cod liver oil.
Secondly the power of Castor oil
It heals inflamed skin, reduces acne, fights signs of ageing, fades blemishes, reduces pigmentation and prevents stretch marks. It also moisturises skin. It promotes hair growth and also can fight scalp infections. It does actually hold anti fungal properties. It can also be used as a great massage oil if warmed up.
Thirdly the strength of Vitamin E oil
This is olive oil, great to use on the face for all benefits. I would like to see vitamin c added to this oil as its great for brightening your skin and toning. Maybe in the future, they will do a mix. I may as-well open a capsule of multivitamins and massage the oil in my face hahaha.. but don’t do that as they are potent which may cause an adverse skin reaction.
I personally like to use all oils, on alternative days if I remember! But I mostly use the castor oil on my body and hair. I use the wheat germ oil on my face as well as my body on some days. After my showers, I will use my vitamin e oil on my face, as the water makes my skin dry and irritable. You can use the wheat germ oil or vitamin e oil before applying make up. Men its great after a shave to keep your skin smooth. If you have shaving cuts, use castor oil. I like to apply caster oil at night on my face as its quite thick . I will also suggest a few drops in your bath, help soften skin and prevent drying. Then use the oil of your choice after your shower, trust me your skin will thank you for it. If your using it in your hair, keep it in as long as you can, from overnight to 24 hours, longer if you don’t mind walking around with greasy hair.
Massage is great stimulant for the body.. I will cover that in another post.
You don’t have to purchase from Fushi but you can purchase from other trusted companies. In total for all 3 bottles I paid £46.00 british pounds. You need to make sure your purchasing a good quality oil. So do your research of the company before you purchase. If you need advice leave your comments, I will do my best to help.
Thank you for visiting, love yourself, be happy and keep smiling! Xx
