The Feds Can't Cuff Me
Feds:
"Who gave you the right to kill all those people
because you felt they disrespected you?"
James Stagger:

Feds are taken aback.
"Explain yourself."
James Stagger:
"I'm a vet, the best of the best. And I
say again, the govt gives me the right
to take lives for the act of disrespect."
Stagger is distracting the feds while he
frees himself from his restraints, a skill
Stagger taught Phoenix Operatives while on active
status.
Feds laugh out loud.'
"I'm not following you buddy."
Stagger:
"When a nation disrespects our
country, we go to war, bomb
raid and terminate those disrespectful
motherfuckers. Killing hundreds of
thousands, wiping generations of those who
disrespect us, from off the face of
the Earth."
While the feds give thought to
Staggers psychological warfare
tactics, Stagger, being the honor
graduate of Open Hand Tactics Instructor
Course, 2013.
Disables all four feds, taking one
of the agents firearm, Stagger
is being interrogated on a black
site. Eyes only classified personnel
are authorized to be on such sites.
Only five authorized agents are
on site for Staggers interview, so
when the fifth agent, who is on his
cellphone with his mistress and is
unaware of the situation unfolding in
the interview room, proves to be a
fatal mistake for the fifth agent.
Nevertheless, the fifth agent never
finishes the conversation with his mistress,
because Stagger grabs the agent around his neck
from behind, And then, lifts the agent off of
his feet, does a quick sqot; quickly stands
back up, instantly snapping the agents neck.

Stagger stands over the dying man; marvels at the
fact, that the agent lands on his back, but the back
of the agents head faces Stagger. The mistress is
upset, because her lover is acting childish breathing
heavily on his cellphone and won't stop. She is
unaware that her lover is slowly suffocating, because
Stagger is pushing down with a heavy foot, on
top of the back of the agents badly damaged skull, smashing the twisted
agents head into his cellphone to put him out of his misery. The
last thing the dead agents lover hears, is a crunching sound,
and then, silence.
Stagger isn't a psychopath, he's the Honor
Code Killer. Stagger makes his escape,

Unconventional Warfare Tier X Warfighter
James Stagger reflects back to
days past. When he and his squad
were required to attend one of the
many military special warfare courses
to qualify for an upcoming clandestien
mission indoctrination program selection course: Phase I.
The required special warfare course Stagger
and the other operatives must attend
ends up being, the Army's Ranger School. To Stagger
and his merry band of killers, this was
a break. To these Phoenix Operators, Ranger School was like going
back to bootcamp.
James Stagger:
"All we have to do is put up with
these pussyass RI's barking bullshit
in our ears til they pin our Ranger Tab's
on our uniforms, alright?"
Phenoix Operators:
"Roger that chief."
No one was more thrilled than Stagger
about this situation, because Stagger
plan's to make good of his
chain of command's direct order to
attend Ranger School. Because in James
Staggers' mind, this is his time to take a
much needed R&R break.
First off, Stagger congradulates his
guys for a job well done, because he knows
they will breeze through Ranger School
with Phenoix flying colors.
And then, James Stagger fills in
his guys, that he will purposely
get receycled, it's his choice not
to graduate with the squad, because he is going
to take advantage of this slack time
to get some much needed R&R. Stagger
doesn't go as far as giving his guys a direct order.
But, he tells them, he knows they will keep
this info within the squad. Ending the conversation
by telling his guys he will catch up
with them at the phase I site.
James Stagger:
"Let's ghost."
Govt officials explain the UFSO situation
to the U.S. Senate defense oversight committee. after
the FBI sends congress a sitrep stating that
the Bureau believes that a Special Forces operator
is possibily behind a series of unsoloved murders
in the United States.
"The UFSO in question is one of the most dangerous individuals on the planet."
Stagger is considered a few of the fewest, who can, link up, blend in. And operate with any special
teams unit in the world. Not to mention, Stagger
if need be, can take command of these special teams known, or unknown
to this committee, and lead them to execute any given
mission, and succeed.
James Stagger plays virtual
pool on a network called pool
feigns. While playing, Staggers
opponent gets disrespectful, Stagger, former
Phoenix Battalion squad leader locates the
disrespectful person's residence and pays
a visit.
After Stagger subdues what turns
out to be a spoiled male college punk,
takes him to a condemned city block in
the city of Watts, Calli.
At which time the college punk wakes up in horor, to find himself completely
nude; sitting on a stool, with his short, short man secured in a vice,
literally. Also, he is curious to why there is a candle lit, sitting in a tea dish
with some kind of liquid in the dish, Next to the dish lies some kind of blade.
The college punk notices that the spindle to the vice has
been removed, that would explain
why his hands weren't secured.
And then, suddenly the college
punk feels a wet substance being
poured on his head coming from his
rear. It's Stagger who is dousing the
frantic college kid with a highly flammable
liquid.
"I would calm down if I were you dumbass."
Stagger tells the terrified kid that if he
get a vapor of this liquid near a faint
source of heat the whole place along with
him will go up in flames sucking up all
the oxygen in the room in less that ten seconds.
roasting his lungs before burning to death, Stagger,
oh he would be ghost before any harm would come to
his person, because Stagger isn't the one with his
short, short man, stuck in a vice, completely nude,
sitting on a stool.

Back to the issue at hand, Stagger goes on to
tell the punk, that his choices are to remain
on his ass, or he can cut off his short, short man
to make his escape from a most certain ghastly death.
The punk asks Stagger why he is doing this
heinous act to him.
"Do you recall playing pool feigns the other night?"
"Fuck!" What about it?"
"Online name 12 minute man, well, that's me."
"Okay, what's your fuck 'in point dude!"
Stagger grins at the terrified kid before responding,
because the sadictive special operator is enjoying the
college kids last distressful moments on earth.
Stagger tells the punk that he got disrespectful during
game play, disrespect Stagger, is disrespecting his
his honor. The cost for that, is death.
"If you make it out of here, or where ever
you end up, should you burn to death, remember
respect is just as, if not more important than
that tiny dick of yours."
"Which you won't have, should you choose to
make an escape before the candle heat ignites
the jet fuel in that tea dish."
Stagger laughs out loud.
The expression on the college punk face is priceless
to Stagger, he's seen that same expression
on enemy combatants faces before. Stagger reflects to
days past when he snuck up on an enemy target, slitting his throat, spinning
the subject around, punching the dying subjects nose
to block the intake of oxygen, also causing the
blood flow to increase from the slit in the dying
soldiers throat, speeding up death. But, the
best part to Stagger was always the dying subjects facial expression.
