How do I search tags?
I want to drill down to tags that I don't see on the list in the Steemit browser.
For example, Linux and Open Source is what I'm looking for today, but I don't know how to find them, other than looking for other posts that happen to have them. That seems rather cumbersome.
Any pointers?
There is no tag search function for now. However, if you are looking for a specific tag you can just type in steemit.com/trending/your-tag to find the posts in it.

This is something I've been requesting since the beginning. Granted, since a tag can be invented at the moment of authoring a post, that means there's probably hundreds, if not thousands, of tags. I want to see an A-Z index that catalogs them, and which include a search function so you can see if the tag you're looking for even exists.
I've also requested the ability to subscribe to tags.
Which of the Steem platforms do yall want to see this on? I know on websites a browser addon could be done in for now.

Yes. That sounds like exactly what I would like to see as well. Those are good ideas you clearly have thought about. Maybe something will come of it. It would really help the curation process.
