Catalogue of failures

My customer rang complaining about the keyboard on the laptop I'd sold them "It's got three A's!" I phoned my supplier and had a UK keyboard sent but here's the thing. My provider apparently never checked it over, or they would have spotted it, my guys here never checked it over as they are supposed to so they never spotted it. Fortunately, I know the customer pretty well so was able to laugh it off, but the point is people will know you haven't checked it over because you didn't spot the foreign keyboard. :-(
