This is a topic of particular interest for me, as I'm investing in onGcoin which is coming out this week. onGsocial is registered in Delaware and I was wondering whether the current/future regulations may interfere with the ICO. However, I had the opportunity to talk to the team on Telegram and they are going full speed ahead. I presume you might be interested in talking to them, given your area of interest. I am unfamiliar with the coin your coin here. I am not a fan of ANY ico. I feel you must buy them all, every single one of them, to have a safe play in that new game. I am not the person that could help you with this....sorry cuz.
