5 cm of Technology
Designed by the Japanese as a new wonder of modern computer technology, the smallest computer in the world is presented in the form of a cube with a side of about 5cm and was baptized inspired by its creators named Space Cube. Cube naturally comes from its shape, and Space sends to the destination for which this mini-computer was created, that is, the space space function.
The operating system running on the Space Cube is not surprisingly Linux, and although it has a 300Mhz processor, it will be capable of outstanding performance thanks to special Japanese ports that have been crafted to facilitate access to various sensors and units Of space processing by astronauts.
Shimafuji Corporation, the company responsible for producing this particular computer, does not intend to distribute it to the general public, although there are rumors that this mini-computer could soon be bought by anyone at a price of about £ 1,500. Designers probably will adapt it to the general public because Space Cube is primarily designed to carry out the necessary operations in space.
SpaceCube's central processing unit is, as previously mentioned, of just 300Mhz and neither RAM nor PC's only 64MB of SDRAM. Very useful will be its multiple USB ports, Ethernet, flash memory etc. Starting from this model, we can expect that in the future we will witness a real fashion of such pocket computers, with the big public now showing an increased interest in the Space Cube, the only reprouser being the processor's too slow process.
That a pretty dope pc, we only need a more stronger pc to really get it out to the public.
true ^^
