Let us try and keep on the brighter side of things. Difficult when circumstances are crumbling around us.

Focus on what we can be grateful for.

They say you can see the glass half empty, or half full.

I have noticed that when I choose not to react or be angry, it is much easier to be more in control.

I fail dismally many times and have to try again to be more objective and see things from other' s point of view too.

That is also a difficult one.
