Bahan :
3 buah cabe merah besar yang segar
segenggam cabe rawit merah boleh campur ijo
100gr bawang merah =15 siung bawang merah ukuran besar
1 sdt gula merah boleh ganti gula pasir
garam,kaldu secukupnya
minyak goreng secukupnya
Bahan pelengkap :
ebi yang digoreng garing
ayam goreng
Caranya :
1.cuci bersih bawang merah,cabe merah,dan rawit kemudian potong2 terlebih dahulu biar gampang diuleq dan tidak meletus saat digoreng.
2.panaskan minyak,kemudian goreng bumbu hingga wangi angkat dan saring.
3.uleq kasar semua bumbu,lalu goreng kembali tambahkan garam,kaldu,dan gula merah aduk rata,koreksi rasanya,angkat dan sajikan bersama bahan pelengkap.
