People working for Wall Street Banks might come here for lunch. This gives you a glimpse into the life of big bank employees.
You can tell the difference between people who work in the area and tourists by the way they dress. More casual equals less stress.

Dog park under FDR Drive, city dogs have to follow many rules and get almost no grass.
It was Wednesday afternoon so you don't see many dogs here. It would be full of dogs and their owners on the weekend.
