Tasty Indonesian Lunch Package with Sambal, Jakarta- Indonesia

Hello, foodies!
Last Tuesday, we ate the lunch package in Santa 88, a restaurant in Cipaku I street, South Jakarta.

The outlook of the restaurant

It only had not many parking lots here.

The dining area

It was large, clean and neat. Although it was not lunch time yet, many customers were here.

The serving area & menu

It was clean and had some menus you could see here. They had some menu chinese or indonesian food like noodle, and some chinese food but because it was Tuesday, an opportunity to try the lunch package which they provided only on weekdays. We could choose what we wanted here then paid it before us ourselves took it to our table or the waitress helped us to deliver it.

The Price
What i chose was the lunch package which included meat or chicken or fish with a kind of vegetable and also rice, the price was 31,000 IDR.
Mom's lunch package with 2 kind of vegetables and rice was 20,000 IDR, she also added it with perkedel (6,000 IDR). So for the food it was 57,000 IDR altogether for the food.

They also had some beverages here, but we only ordered a hot tea (9,000 IDR a glass) cause i brought my bottle.

, it was rice with the fried fish and also papaya leaves stirred with the salted fish, and they served it with the sambal matah. Fried fish tasted not too salty. The papaya leaves were great, it was soft, tasty, savory and a bit sweet. The special one was the sambal, it was totally great. It was not too spicy but delicious.

This was my mom's.

It was rice with fried noodle, perkedel and a bowl of vegetable soup (we called it 'oyong'). The fried noodle had sweet and a bit savory flavour. The perkedel was great, the potato was fresh and tasty. The oyong soup was not too salty nor sweet. The sambal was same with mine, totally great!
