Ketoprak, Jakarta's Authentic Street Food - Indonesia

Hello, friends!
Have you ever been to Jakarta, capital city of Indonesia?
If the answer is yes, you might ever tried its' authentic street food 'ketoprak'.
Ketoprak contains boiled beansprouts, fried tofu, ketupat (rice cake) and beehoon (rice noodle). For the paste, it made from nut, garlic and also asam jawa water. And it is also completed with sweet soy sauce and fried chips.

We bought the ketoprak in the only one of the ketoprak food stall at PAP SCBD - South Jakarta.

Here was the food stall.

It was located in a park area which had been modified with many food stalls in SCBD area.

All was outdoor so it was hot at noon when we bought the ketoprak.

The seller made the ketoprak paste.
I asked for the spicy one, so he put chilli there also.

When it was finished.

Could you guess the price? it was only 13,000 IDR for a portion of ketoprak.

The seller also gave the fried chips then.
Here when we opened it at home.

The flavor was savory, sweet and spicy. And also the garlic flavor was so deep. The tofu that the seller used was the one which fried with the water so it was not too crispy.
