Rawon Rice

Hello, friends especially foodies!
Recent when I went back to the place where I grown up, there I of course eating one of the popular dish there, rawon rice.

Rawon is black beef soup, but this time the beef that become this rawon is empal which cooked traditionally. It had too sweet flavour for me with a bit savory flavour. How do you think of it?
