Photomanipulation: Look Up and Wander
Good day guys! The photograph above is actually a composite image of 4 different photographs.
They are all skycrapers located in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Philippines. All were captured with my Fujifilm X-T20 and XF 18-55mm lens. All post-processing of the images were done using Photoshop CC.
As you can see, I had to locate the vantage point for perspective for this image to work at all. Not all those photos I used had the same vantage points so they would look funny if placed in one single photograph.
I had to edit their perspectives and distort the buildings I added. I also had to erase all the background sky on those buildings since they didn't have the same hues.
I had to adjust the curves on the photos as well and add a circle gradient with a warm tone to burn a custom vignette onto the final image.
Overall I was satisfied with the results. Especially, when I added some effects on the clouds and made them all wispy. I did that using the smudge tool.
I've posted this in the group for Fujifilm Philippines. I am hoping it gets the same attention as the previous one, lol. But I'm not expecting too much. You can check out the post here: @deveerei's post in Fujifilm XPPH. Please support it there as well. Thanks!
Which tool you are using to edit pictures..
I'm using Photoshop CC.
I wonder what the original photo looked like? I mean the one with the clear sky. I think for me it's more beautiful!
Here's what the one at the bottom looked like (post-processing applied).
Yup, tama ako hehe. In my observation, I like this one better po. Pero both are beautiful.
Thanks for sharing the original post edited photo @deveerie!
