HOW STEEMIT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE

I joined steemit December 4, 2017 after @imohdave managed to convince me to register. At that time, I had very little faith in the platform because it was sounding, at that time too good to be true.

Over time, @imohdave and @ifioklee sat me down and took time to properly put me through the workings of the platform and gradually I started picking up interest. I am very grateful to the duo for there contributions towards my progressive journey.

After joining steemit, I started researching on a personal level about the workings of the platform day and night. My conclusion at this point is that to become a successful steemian, community is important.

For this reason, I joined steemit-uyo community, a very wonderful set of steemians to whom I owe a lot. Together, members of the group are making progress. We help each other to grow and function well and we also give each other emotional support.

In my personal life, steemit has opened my eyes to a lot of things. Steemit has made me realize that life is always about give and take. If you can't give, then you should expect nothing from others.
Steemit has shown me the value of group work.

Alone, we can achieve so little but together we can achieve so much

Financially, steemit has shown me that quality contents get quality rewards. For this easy way to use creativity as a means to financial freedom, I will always be grateful to the people who invented this platform.

My advice to people who are just joining is this

Though the start may be rough, press on. The future is bright but you have to start now. You can't win if you don't try.
