I did it!
London is such a great city. After so much work today we went to the World's tallest slide, close to the olympia stadium and did it.
My "security addons"
No glasses, soft helmet for the head and protectors for the elbow.Looks and feel quite dangerous.

The Slide was created by German artist Carsten Höller at the invitation of Sir Anish Kapoor, designer of the ArcelorMittal Orbit. It is a unique collaboration between two of the world’s leading artists and a major art installation for London, as well as yet another reason to visit Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park – London’s most exciting destination!

See some facts about that slide
the 172 m is a around 40 seconds ride and it is a lot of fun. It is not very fast, but you feel the speed and sometimes the metal
From my understanding not at all dangerous, but it depends what kind of slides or attractions you did so far.

Das Ding war nicht so schlimm. Der Taron im Phantasialand ist eine ganz andere Nummer.

That slide looks impressive, I wonder what type of speed you were doing down that slide.
It was not to fast as we had the „Business Fuzzi“ pads to slide on. The ones with a speed reducer.
