Hello everyone!

This is an instrumental I believe ive uploaded here before, actually this was for a contest, but I didnt make it, so now i just finished remixing it.

The instrumental is available for those that want it. Ignore the female vocal on it, its part of the instrumental files.

Inspiration for this

I made the instrumental and every single effect therein, the only thing that isnt originally mine is the vocal, the vocal chops, effects were done by me, the glides, sax, everything.

So the way this works is like this. we were given a vocal to construct a beat around. Kind of like working backwards. Instead of creating an instumental then inviting anartist over to sing on, you are given a vocal and asked to make a beat.

There were many entries, and I eventually didn't submit mine.

I decided to infuse a little afrobeat into the work, as can be felt when you listen to it. The inspiration I got was from the song I aint your mama by Jennifer lopez. Eventually though, I deviated from the high energy song and choose something more mellow and calming.

Despite it having a lot of elements, I believe it all works together at the end.

The vocals seem a bit dry in the video, but thats because I had to do some extra editing, bouncing to mono and syncing the instrumental with the video in adobe premier pro.

I will upload the instrumental itself to dsound once ive got the time, as right now I am on my way to warri to meet with some people.

Hello everyone, hold up right now, we got a youtuber on steemit and he has mostly been ignored! @johnsavagemusic, i knoew I had seen the name somewhere before and so I checked it out on youtube, to my surprise, he popped up, now I do not know if its the real deal, there has been no identification, so i assume it to be false.

But if we could somehow get his real identity, i believe all should go well.

Let someone verify that this is the real dude up there. I already started asking questions. If he is really real, then he would be a big addition to the music scene here on steemit.

#He has got 17k plus subscribers,gets an average of 16k views and is quite good with hiphop and trap. I really hope he is legit.
