God's plan- drake got it right, a mashup video of meetups I was involved in in nigeria and an appreciation post
I remember drake giving out close to $1m that was connected to his music video "Gods plan" last week.
While it is a great gesture and i hold absolutely no hate for him for that (i love drake, he's my fav artist TBH) it falls incredibly short of what steemit has given out over a 2 year period.
According to steem.io, which is an official steem-"related portal by the way, steemit has paid out about $22m in rewards.
Read that again, that statement alone is a powerful tool for steem publicity and indeed showcases how powerful the platfrom can get.
This video is a short compilation and a thank you message to the steemit community for the support thats been given to nigeria, its a mashup of videos and pictures from many of the events done since nov 2017 till date.
Pics and vids from meetups in Abuja, Ibadan, Uyo, Benin city, Osun.
It will be posted on Facebook and twitter as well.
As we enter the month of march, the year 2018 started wirh a bang for us in nigeria on steemit. While the rest of the country were lamenting one issue or another, we took it upon ourselves to give hope to those who had none, if the reason for living isnt to extend the happiness within us towards others, then i dont know what life is.
Im forever grateful to @ned and @dan for the platform.
@teamsteem for showing me the way to living a good life via helping out others.
@donkeypong for the training and advices
And to all Nigerians out there for helping me help you, i love you all.
With or without SP, ill continue to play my part in growing the community.

Indeed Steemit is really God's plan. It has helped people immensely and taken them to a height that is unimaginable. We can never be thankful enough.

Indeed God's plan, steemit help has given alot of people food even in my country here in Uganda.
Have noticed you guys have gotten much out of stewmit as well. Steemit has people with good wills and intentions to lend a hand.@donkeypong and @teamsteem have been of help even to some ugandans, there @ackza , @reko ,@stellabelle and others these have helped ghana too alot.
Thanks for that video man, steemit has really done wonders for you guys. Have made a post about an hour ago of how we going to give back to our community as well, we have so far, but we hadn't gotten enough for massive give aways. For now the little we have has counted.
Such videos can be of inspiration to us as well.
