I hope very well, I have many pastry recipes written down. I have done some short courses since 2 months ago here, I hope you like the first recipe I will share!


Ingredients:

Chantilly cream 2 cups

Chocolate drops ¼ cup

Toasted sliced ​​almonds ¼ cup

Armed:


Cut the cupcake making two cuts to achieve three layers of biscuit.


First stuffing, strawberry jam or any other .fruits well chopped.


Second filling, whipped cream, chocolate drops and toasted sliced ​​almonds.


Third layer, we will apply chantilly cream as well as the entire edge of the cake.


We began to place the templates all over the edge.


We proceed to place the ribbon of the preferred color. In the upper part we will place all previously chopped fruits such as mango, kiwi, strawberries, blackberries, peaches, green apples or any other of your choice.


Ingredients for the vanilla cupcake:

Eggs 6

Sugar 150 g

Flour 250 g

Baking powder ½ tsp

Preparation:


Beat the eggs and sugar to the point of letter, to achieve this, add the flour previously sieved with the baking powder in enveloping form


Place in the mold of 22 cm. of width x 7 cm. High. with greaseproof paper. Bake at 160 ° C for 30 or 35 minutes


Allow to cool and unmold.
