This Is Her Story.
The first time, I came across her picture on social media "I was like" Eyaaa!!! Fine Lady like this, See what hot water had done to her. It then occurred to me that the peeled skin was kind of structured in a pattern on her face, then I read the hasttag.
Immediately I went to Gogglechrome to read about her.

Winnie Harlow known as Chantalle Brown Young was diagnosed with a chronic skin condition stated as depigmentation of portions of the skin, popularly known as Vitiligo which started at age four.
She was constantly bullied and repeatedly called a COW or ZEBRA throughout her child hood. This led to changing of schools and eventually making her a drop out due to the verbal harassment, which off course she contemplated committing suicide.
She was spotted on Instagram by Tyra Banks ex Victoria Secret model, not just a successful one but one who had also made a name for herself in the modelling world.
It takes ONE man, ONE day, ONE event, ONE social media platform and ONE story to change a person. Her story goes a long way to interpret similar cases of our battling with low self-esteem due to our DIFFERENCES.

I mean, we all have our own share "Be it not liking the way we look, talk, skin color, height, background, your introvertic, extrovertic or ambivertic nature or what people said and say about us"
That faithful day, I went back to the mirror and said a few things. I know the mirror talk is one of the over used practice or should I say "commonly used" for self confidence and all of that but it has proven to be a successful one if effectively practiced. It originally connects you to your inner you.
I suggest, You return back to the mirror as well.
Often times, We just hid in someone else's character, nature, glory, race, background, thoughts, skin color, heavy makeups, doing odd things to get expensive wears for acceptability and all of that.
You just want to be Normal like every one out there. The truth is, You never know how Amazing you can be if you keep acting Normal.

I did stop but wonder, Why Winnie Harlow won't shade her skin like every one who had same cases as her. Take for instance "The Famous King Of Pop (Michael Jackson) "
But
She stood out She was different She was spotted She embraced it and Didn't try to hid it.
The path alone was a road of rescue, life and light to her kind "HER RACE". Those who hide by shading their skin....gained confident, gained life, gained the truth, gained purpose.
LISTEN: Generations are tied to your destiny and it's heart breaking to humanity if you fail your "Race". You have no excuse whatsoever.
Her TEDx speech was titled "My Story Was Painted On My Body"
What Is Your Story Painted ON???
It's Okay to see or understand things "Differently" be it in the world of business, politics, fashion, in a school setting etc. Don't see an abnormality in it, that is a vacuum you have to fill.
For every vacuum on earth God Almighty raised a man to fill it. Don't continue to leave it empty.
Let the Difference in you; make them count in a positive way. Again that is what will safe your race. Start to see life and breakthrough in it.
Today, Winnie Harlow has spoken on many platforms, She had being futured in many filmographies, She's worked with top designers in the world be it Coco Chanel, Giorgio Armani, Christian Dior, Dontella Versace and so on. She's just 24years.
She ended her TEDx speech with "It Takes One Person To Realise That There Is Beauty In Everything "
Hey, just wanted to let you know I gave you an upvote because I appreciate your content! =D See you around
I'm inspired. I have also discovered that it takes just one person to realise the potential in you and turn your story around. What a great lesson. Self believe and self trust is all that matters.
