ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM NOW!

in #psychology6 years ago (edited)

There are problems we own and problems that own us.

Let me explain the above assertion. Studying psychology have had a lot of influence on my view about life and has helped me become able to address human problems from different but simple perspectives. As I begin to address your problem through these article, one important question you need to keep uppermost in your mind is: Are you contributing to the of a problem, or are you becoming a part or cause of that problem? - Whatever problem, actually!

If you are a bloody spendthrift you certainly have no cause to complain about lack of money. You are the cause of the problem. So do something about that.

@desmonddesk, how about my health? Of course, health is very often something that is entirely out of our hands. But in many cases it's something we can control. For example, we can make it our business to have a complete medical checkup at least twice in a year.

I am not suggesting that you become a hypochondriac, but if you feel that something is wrong, why worry about it? See a physician and find out if it is something to worry about.

I knew one man who suffered from terrible painful breathing. He suffered and suffered for years, until the pains finally knocked him down and was carried to see a doctor. I never could understand people like that. Don't they realize that the awful pain, the sleepless nights it causes, and so on, are far worse than the pain (if any) involved in having a doctor take care of it?

I have shared here on my blog about parents who fail to take their wards for polio injections and other vaccinations. There seem to be vast numbers of parents who fail in these, and probably still intend to fail in future. Well, again, I cannot, for my life, understand such parents. The vaccine injections are offered free of charge in most countries of the world, but people will stay away in droves.

Dr. John Donnelly once said:

"Every problem of frustration which is faced realistically and dealt with in an organized way adds to the strength of the personality. Every failure from which a lesson has been learned provides both an experience and and asset which increases our capacity to meet new problems new problems."

Keep in mind that most of the time, in almost every type of problem, it's not what you do that tires or hurts you in any way; it's what you don't do that causes the the trouble.

an interesting question .. sometimes sometimes we are not able to understand the problem and can not see the root of the problem, not infrequently a small problem that leads to disaster just because we are not able negosiinya well.

interesting and constructive writing, thanks for sharing @desmonddesk
