Aloha and welcome to my first post =)

Hi, I am Mike and I welcome you to my first Steemit post yaaay

Last year I read about Steemit and began to take a closer look at it. I loved (and still love) the idea behind it and started to read many postings but didn't create an own account. It took three months until I finally created an account so the time of being like an invisible ghost is over. But the big question is - what should I post? What is a big part of my life and what could be fun to write about?
The first thing that comes to my mind is food XD I love food so that will be a part of my blog. I also share a love for beer (maybe because I'm German, who knows) and if I find the time I try to brew my own beer. So I think for now my blog will mostly contain foodie stuff like good food that I ate or a nice recipe. Well and whatever comes to my mind, may it be some nerd stuff like the game I am playing at the moment or some cool new stuff from the food sciences (I love these things which is one reason why I studied food science and technologies).

And I think now it's time for the first picture

After reading a post from @snooway where I saw an incredible delicous pizza I had to bake a pizza myself. So I created one with serrano, buffalo mozzaeralla and a bit garlic oil on top of it. It takes a bit time to prepare everything but its definitely worth it. Also I love to bake pizza. Pizza can have so many different tastes just by using different toppings.
The oven wasn't hot enough that's why it's not as crispy as it could be nevertheless it was delicoius.

That should be enough for today because my full stomach needs a little nap now ;-)
