I have always loved Christmas and I think other people love it too. Christmas is fun and it is usually a remarkable event for many people especially those of the Christian faith, for which I gladly belongs.

I love Christmas season, especially when I am financially buoyant during the period. I'd spend money on many things, be it trivial or important, as long as it put smiles on the face of my loved ones and myself in particular. In most cases I am spoiled with fun.

I've had many experiences of engaging in unhealthy practices during these festive seasons. At one time, about 2 years ago, I remembered drinking to stupor. I consumed alcoholic drinks with a minimum of 40 percent alcohol level. I drank over 3 bottles that particular night, that's approximately 120 percent of alcohol! On that night, I remembered seeing heaven on earth, I slept on the road drunked till dawn!

Despite the horrible experience, I have also engaged in some other unhealthy practices. I remembered eating like a glutton last year, and I developed constipation for a while. All thanks to Andrew Liver Salts for a quick, mild and subtle remedy.

I am well known to sniff knockouts, and wouldn't mind having a taste of the chemicals used for manufacturing it. Well, all of these have stopped now. I am a new changed man who value healthy lifestyle. Health is truly Wealth.
For some unhealthy practices I have seen people engaged in that is very dangerous is engaging in unprotected sex. I have seen many people carry out this disgraceful and unhealthy practice in public party grounds and Jean carnivals. Some could contract sexual related diseases that is very detrimental and could cost them their lives. This, I will never dare!

I choose to live healthy and happy because unhealthy practices can cause a lasting effect on ones life.
