A Trend Reversal, at Last? Steem is off and Running!
It's of course every early days yet, but Bitcoin had a nice pop up overnight...
And now it looks like Steem is off and running... the above chart from Bittrex as of June 30th, at 10:30am Pacific Time.
Could this finally be a reversal of the very long and slow decline we've seen?
It's early days yet, of course... but let's consider that today (technically speaking) is the first day of a new quarter. Yes, it's June 30th, but today is Saturday, so not a "business day" for financial purposes-- this action will be formally grouped with Monday-- July 2nd.
Personally, I am ready for some good news!

I do hope true value realization comes about sooner than later - I am losing hundreds and hundreds of $$$ selling back the 'precious' metals I have accumulated over the past 4 yrs sadly. My STEEMIT acct. was 'valued' over $1500 at one point and has now slumped to below $300 on its drive to zero sigh
I understand the frustration-- however, nobody promised this ride was going to happen in a straight line! At its peak in January, my account reached $21,300... a couple of days ago it set a new low at $3,750... I get it. But it often takes no more than 30-40 days for a complete turnaround.

Yes! And sometimes the psychology of it is actually more important than the dollar value. It's just the sense that things are going in the right direction that matters.
Looks like a little bit rising, i have good hopes. So let's steem on :)))
It's some hours later now and it seems to be "holding." But more importantly, the trading volume is much higher than usual, which is a plus.
Would absolutely LOVE a reversal... But, I don't want to get my hopes too high.
Can't deal with the resulting depression from high hopes, lmao!
I feel hopeful... but I have no expectations at all.
Yes I am looking forward to things moving again in the upward motion!
I feel cautiously hopeful because the upwards movement is backed by almost 10x the trade volume we've been seeing in recent weeks.
