Happy pastry chef day!

Today I celebrate the day of the profession that has made me happy.

I remember when I decided to change my career, I was studying to be a graduate in modern languages. University career that I left in half... And I decided to study to be a pastry chef. Many told me that because I changed my career and I changed to do something that I love and that makes me happy!

I will always say that thanks to this platform my dream became a reality. I am a pastry chef!

It is not just the fact that I am a pastry chef. But knowing that it is something that I love and that in every cake it reflects all the love I have for this profession.

I thank life and the universe for this wonderful gift. Because being a pastry chef has made me see the sweet side of life.

My biggest wish for this year is to continue studying. That more and more I can do... There are several workshops of sweets and flowers that I want to do!
