One year🤍🕊️

Today I want to remember you beautifully, to remember all the lives you changed and that at your young age you fulfilled the dream of many.
He was Juan Manuel Rivera who was the founder, director and professor of the gastronomy academy where I studied. Unfortunately on May 16 of last year he died.
Although I only knew him for a year, I can say that it was a wonderful year. And I have great memories with him, after classes we stayed in the kitchen to prepare a meal or maybe a drink and talk about life or the dreams and goals we had.
I remember that on graduation day when we took this photo I told him that I was going to go back to study there. We have that pending. In classes he made fun of me and called me Miss Wilton for the brand and products I used. And he always told me how proud he was of me and how I did things. I'm sure it's in a better place in heaven. Rest in peace my dear Juan.
One of h is pending dreams was to expand Grastroart and make it international. What he did not know is that Gastroart is already international because there are so many of his students around the world. Whenever I make a cake, I think about him and everything he teaches me. That was, is and will be his best legacy in this world.
