Why Steemit has an enormous potential
Let me introduce myself. My name is Deny. Since 2008 I am trading stocks at NYSE. I gave birth before two years, since then I start working at home.
As a trader of stocks I specialize in several areas, and one of them banks. I am aware very well with all corrupt practices and the functioning of the monetary system. If you think you live in a democratic society, you are wrong. We're still in feudal system, feudal lords are banks and we are the serfs. The system is buggy and does not work in societies favor. Everyone in the field knows it, but ordinary man pays the bill. The crisis of 2008 proved it. The next, even greater crisis, that knocks at the door, will also confirm it, because the only changes, that have taken, was sweeping the garbage under the rug. And so indefinitely or until the introduction of a new monetary system.
The world already has an acute need for it. This explains the emergence of crypto currencies. Of course, like any start up at the beginning, they still have many imperfections. It is difficult to explain to people the truth about today’s money. These sheets, that can be touched, which have used till today, and which on that read "In God We Trust" are only a promise for a better future. Behind them, in fact, after so much debt there is nothing more (even grand, grand grandchildren of today's Americans can not pay their debt, if they stop print right now). Every day creators of the crises are trying to rob you to become proud owners of at least 90% of the wealth of the world (because today one percent of the people has only 51 percent of the world's wealth).
My congratulations to founders of Steemit! A wonderful idea, as far as I had time to understand it.
Why I believe in Steemit?
Steemit has evolved crypto currency, backed by a product which may engage an unlimited number of people
Steemit is social media that can bring together large groups of people of interest and allows for real debate.
Steemit is making promises of fair distribution of wealth on market principles.
Steemit gives me faith that we can get rid of the banks
Steemit combine two acute needs of society - social networking and a new currency.
If Steemit continues to go in the right direction, I believe it will surpass by market capitalization all currencies and Facebook together.
Good article, (except you wrote Steam instead of STEEM!) I'm a bit worried about the increasing posts and replies by bots :(
Steemit certainly has the potential to do all those things. But how it turns out eventually depends on the wisdom and actions of devs. I like their decisions so far. Especially going open-source. The more people will be able to put effort in the system, the more likely it will succeed.
It depends from us as well. Everybody should say about steemit to his friends .
Some people didn't wake up in 2008. The will on the next one tho. Hopefully Steemit will big enough to catch a few of them.
