Properity Toss
Prosperity Toss is a Cantonese-style raw fish salad that is popular in Singapore and Malaysia during Chinese New Year.
In Cantonese, ‘Lo Hei’ means tossing up good fortune where people would gather around to toss the contents while saying auspicious phrases.
It tastes sweet with a generous amount of different types of vegetables.
This was the second time I had this for Chinese New Year.
