I was talking to a friend of mine who said she always cook and her friends complain a lot about her soup that it is always salty. she said she has always tried her best to cook soup that won't be salty but she finds it heard. I asked her if she had tried to reduce the quantity of salt she add to the soup but she said "NO". she said, she adds more water to the soup but when the soup is dried and ready, it is still salty.
