Woku Tilapia
Ingredients:
4 tilapia fish
2 pieces of lime
3 spring onions
4 orange leaves
2 pieces of pandan leaves
2 lemongrass, thinly sliced
2 bunch of basil
500 ml of water
3 tbsp cooking oil
Ground spices:
10 cloves of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
10 large red chili
4 pieces of red chili
5 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Step:
Wash the fish until the blood is gone. Split the fish breast, sprinkle with lime juice and salt, let stand for 30 minutes. Wash thoroughly.
Blend the spices smooth, enter the leaves of oranges, stir-fry briefly then enter the fish and cook until the spice is fragrant.
Sprinkle lemongrass and pandan leaves that have been sliced thin. Pour enough water until the fish is submerged.
Cook while stirring until seasoning evenly. Add salt and sugar if less noticeable. Cook until the soup is reduced.
Enter the leeks and basil, stir well and cook until the sauce is low and thickened. Turn off the fire.
Woku tilapia ready to serve with warm rice.
