Cherry jam
Taking into account that we are in season, and abound in shops and supermarkets with which the offers are the order of the day I pass this rich and easy recipe to prepare homemade jam cherry flavor.
When you try it you will realize that it has nothing to envy to the industrially manufactured, it is more to say that this is more natural since it does not have any type of chemical deadweight, well let's see the case ...
Ingredients
. 250 g White sugar
. 1/2 lemon bone its juice
Preparation
. We place the cherries in a bowl, wash and remove the seeds
. We cover with sugar and lemon juice.
. Mix well and let stand in the fridge around two of the ingredients
. We take out, we put on the fire to the maximum.
. When it starts to boil, lower the heat to the minimum and let it do for about 20 minutes, mixing from time to time.
. Remove from heat, grind with blender, and let cool.
