What Are You Obsessed With?

There has been a perpetual outcry that many in our world are just so infected with the "money-making syndrome" -- they are obsessed with money more than anything in their lives, and they would do anything for it.
Well, I'm not of the school of thought that sees money as evil, rather it's heart of man that is to be blamed for being evil.
Money is a beautiful tool in living a life of impact. Thus, money is good, but will end up being the sole reason for the death of so many.
Imagine a man who was asked what his purpose was on earth? And he responded, "To make money!"
What a response!
Believe me, I don't think there's really any other better or subtle explanation for what "death" actually means. When the bible referred to the "death" of man; it was pointing to the miseries arising from man's operation "out of point", that is to say, outside God's plan and purpose.

Without a doubt, God wants the best for us all: His blessings are "all-contained"; but then, He wants you and I to enjoy and experience "life" perpetually.
But the question is what are you obsessed with?
Dalai Lama, a Buddhist, was once asked about what surprised him about humanity? And responded without hesitation,
"Man sacrifices his health to make money. Then he sacrifices his wealth to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."
Honestly, living a life without purpose can be very pathetic. Hence, living outside God's purpose for your life, which most people as well as a few "christians" have erroneously reduced to having money, and nothing more; is as good as being dead.
I ask again, "What are you obsessed with?"
