Dec. 22, 19: AutomaticWin, Zombierun, and Fixing the Dryer
Up super duper rediculously early again today. I suppose it’s a consequence of going to bed early, but I’m tired because I’ve been up...sort of a chicken or the egg thing.
Been struggling for the past week with lines of dead pixels on my Fitbit.
After fighting with trying to troubleshoot it, I finally just got in touch with customer support. Within a couple of minutes they got me a new one sent out!!! 😀😃😁
Anyway, did the usual morning routine, some dishes, did some curating, made sure to punch all my mining buttons and check out the crypto prices.
We had a pretty nice surge in bitcoin today, but still not great in the ratio with litecoin. And, still I wait.
That meant that I had plenty of time to get out for a #AutomaticWin! 😃. I call this route “The L. Run Hubbard” or “How I Went Someplace, Turned Around, and Came Straight Back.” 😜
Been wondering what the heck happened to the zombies, but today I did get some more. No warnings, easy peasy! We met up with the daughter of one of our runners who died. She wasn’t all to happy to see us and blamed us for getting her father killed.
Meanwhile, we met up with a chick who nurse red another of our runners for trying to kill her boyfriend who had turned into a grayface. At the end of the day she let him munch her brains so they could be together forever...ah, true love. Four of four zombies evaded and mission complete.
Was a lovely warm day, and it wasn’t long before both the gloves 🧤 and the hat came off! 😊
They were fricking spraying like crazy today, though. I very much dislike linear clouds.
Days are going to start getting longer now. 😀
In the afternoon I took on the dryer. Completely disassembled it.
Turns out the washer on this wheel had totally rusted out. I replaced it and cleaned everything and lubed it all up. I ran a load and seems to be fixed!!!
Did a bit of a number on my hand, but that means I was working, right?
Steemmonsters was insanely wicked today. 😢. ‘Nuff said, it sucked. Losing streak on losing streak.
I did finish my Fire quest in Gold II, but barely hanging on by a thread. Got a couple of gold foil cards, which was nice though.
